Flat rate per turnover
Changeovers start at $210 for a one-bedroom and run to $450 for four bedrooms. An entry or deep clean is twice the changeover rate; a touch-up is half. Linen is $44 per king, queen or double bed and $38 per single, and amenities are $22 standard or $32 premium.
We work off your booking calendar
Give us access to the calendar and we schedule around your checkouts and check-ins, so the property is guest-ready in time for the next arrival without you coordinating each job.
Ten photos, every changeover
Every turnover ends with ten mandatory before-and-after photos, uploaded and timestamped. Anything faulty, missing or damaged gets flagged to you on the same visit. If we see it, we report it.
