We clean to the standard you set and photograph the result. Where a job needs a licensed trade or a certificate, we say so rather than taking it on.

When the price may change before we start
A commercial rate is not an automatic surcharge. If one of these applies, we re-walk the site, put the revised flat rate in writing, and only then book the work.
- The site is larger or busier than the details provided.
- We re-walk it and send a revised flat rate before any work starts.
- Access is restricted by lifts, docks, escorts, alarms or a tight window.
- We confirm access, inductions and any after-hours cost before accepting the site.
- Heavy grease in staff kitchens, washroom build-up or traffic film on floors.
- We scope it as a first deep clean, then the recurring rate applies.
- You add areas, floors or visits after the quote.
- We confirm the revised rate and schedule before the extra work begins.
No loading is added after a clean. If the scope changes once we are on site, we stop and confirm the revised price before continuing.

Do you work outside business hours?
Yes. Most of our office and clinic work happens before opening or after close, so nothing stops while we are on site. Tell us the window that suits and the quote is for that window.
Who supplies the consumables?
You do. We clean, sanitise and reset; paper, soap, bin liners and any dispensers stay your supplier's, because a consumables contract is priced separately everywhere it is offered.
Do you provide a compliance certificate?
No, and we will not write one. We clean to the standard you set and photograph the result; any certificate, audit result or contractor licence your building or accreditor requires is issued by them, and we will work to their checklist.
