Priced flat, before we start
Units start at $340 for a studio and run to $690 for four bedrooms. Houses are the unit rate plus 15%. You get one number for the job, not an hourly meter, and because we are not registered for GST, there is nothing added on top.
Proof the clean happened
Every end-of-lease clean finishes with ten timestamped before-and-after photos, sent the same day alongside the invoice. If your agent queries the condition of the property, you have the evidence rather than an argument.
If the agent flags something
Send us the inspection notes within 72 hours and we return and re-clean the flagged areas free of charge. Our work is not finished until the handover is.
