When the price may change before we start
A commercial rate is not an automatic surcharge. If one of these applies, we re-walk the site, put the revised flat rate in writing, and only then book the work.
- The site is larger or busier than the details provided.
- We re-walk it and send a revised flat rate before any work starts.
- Access is restricted by lifts, docks, escorts, alarms or a tight window.
- We confirm access, inductions and any after-hours cost before accepting the site.
- Heavy grease in staff kitchens, washroom build-up or traffic film on floors.
- We scope it as a first deep clean, then the recurring rate applies.
- You add areas, floors or visits after the quote.
- We confirm the revised rate and schedule before the extra work begins.
No loading is added after a clean. If the scope changes once we are on site, we stop and confirm the revised price before continuing.
