When you submit our quote form, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, the service you need, property or portfolio size, and any message you write. We do not collect this information unless you send it to us.

We do not collect more than we need. We do not collect location data, browsing history, device fingerprints, or any information about you from third parties.

We use your details only to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Provide the cleaning services you ask about
• Send you a quote, confirmation, or follow-up
• Meet our legal and administrative obligations as a business in Australia

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising, marketing, or profiling. We do not use it for any purpose you would not reasonably expect.

Your enquiry is stored and processed by our service providers, who act on our behalf:

These providers may process data outside Australia. Both are responsible for the security of the data they process on our behalf.

Our site links to Cal.com for booking services. Cal.com is a separate service with its own privacy policy. When you click a booking link, you leave our site and enter Cal.com's environment. We encourage you to read their policy before booking.

This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or tracking technology. We do not place cookies on your device to identify you, profile your behaviour, or share data with advertisers.

We use fonts loaded from Google Fonts via Next.js, which downloads the font files to your device so the site displays correctly. This is a technical necessity, not tracking. Google does not use this connection to identify you or track your browsing.

If this changes, we will update this policy.

We keep your enquiry details for as long as we need to respond to you and provide our service. If you become a client, we keep your contact and service records for the period required by Australian tax and business law.

If you are not a client, we will not hold your details longer than necessary to respond to your enquiry and follow up once if we do not hear back.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your information (subject to our legal record-keeping obligations)
• Stop us from using your information for follow-up
